For the past 60 years, Astor Chocolate has been a leading purveyor of Belgian chocolates and gourmet snacks, servicing multiple industries ranging from Hospitality, Travel Retail, Food Service, and Corporate Sales. We are a full service company with an in-house design studio, photography studio, print shop and product development team. We are recognized through the Global Food Safety Initiative under SQF’s Food Safety Code for Manufacturing and Food Quality Code for confectionary and snack packaging products. Our entire facility is certified Kosher.
Chef Sebastien Beline, from the town of Le Mans, France (famous for its auto race), joined Astor Chocolate in 2001 as our Master Chocolatier. As a young boy, Sebastien grew up surrounded not only by the sights and sounds of endurance racing but also the flavors and fragrances of his family’s chocolate shop, Chocolatier Beline. Here young Sebastien honed his talents which led him to become a world-renowned chef, the fourth generation in his family. Always the perpetual student, Mr. Beline perfected his craft at the famous La Patisserie Laduree in Paris. Chef Sebastien Beline has garnered industry recognition including being named in the exclusive Top 25 List of Chocolate Makers in the Guide des Croquers de Chocolat. Today, Chef Beline, has catapulted Astor Chocolate into a world class purveyor of fine luxury chocolates.
